THE YES METHOD™ – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of The YES Method™ programmes and products. The YES Method™ is operated from 63 Alcester Rd, Studley, B80 7NJ, United Kingdom.
1. Programmes
The YES Method™ is available in two options:
- The YES Method™ Independent: the complete YES Method™ system to implement at your own pace, with support from the YES team in the community and by email.
- The YES Method™ Accelerator: the complete YES Method™ system, plus 12 weekly live group coaching calls with Maxine over 90 days.
Group coaching is delivered in a group setting. Neither programme includes one-to-one calls, private messaging with Maxine or salon visits unless purchased separately.
2. Course Access
Upon purchase, you will receive access to The YES Method™ training materials, resources, templates, downloads, assessments, calculators and any bonuses included with your programme.
“Lifetime access” means access to the course content for as long as The YES Method™ programme is offered. If the programme is ever closed, we will give reasonable notice where possible.
Your login is for the purchaser only and may not be shared. You may use the templates, scorecards and resources with your own team, within your own salon business.
3. Group Coaching (Accelerator)
- Group coaching runs for 12 weeks from the start date we confirm with you.
- Calls are recorded and made available to Accelerator members. If you miss a call, you can watch the recording.
- Missed calls cannot be rescheduled or carried over beyond the 12 weeks.
- Call dates and times may occasionally change. We will give as much notice as possible.
4. Upgrading from Independent to Accelerator
Independent members may upgrade to the Accelerator for ÂŁ2,000 within 30 days of their Independent purchase. After 30 days, the upgrade is no longer available. Upgrades purchased after the 30-day period may be refunded at our discretion.
5. Physical Products
Where your purchase includes physical products, such as the YES Planner and Daily Dashboard, we will send them to the address provided at checkout. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of The YES Method™ and the immediate access provided to course materials, downloads, templates, resources, assessments and intellectual property, all sales are final and non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you agree that you will receive immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose any right to cancel once access has been provided.

7. The YES Implementation Promise
The YES Implementation Promise is a commitment to support your implementation. It is not a guarantee of financial results.
If you are implementing The YES Method™ and things are not connecting:
- On the Accelerator, Maxine will work with you through the weekly group coaching to identify the opportunities, understand where things are not connecting and help you overcome the obstacles affecting your implementation.
- On Independent, the YES team will support you in the YES community and by email to help you keep moving forward.
To receive this support, you are expected to:
- Work through the core training modules
- Implement the systems and processes taught
- Provide evidence of implementation if requested
- Take part in the group coaching calls, if you are on the Accelerator
The goal of The YES Method™ is not simply course completion, but successful implementation.
8. No Earnings Guarantee
Individual results will vary.
The YES Method™ does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, increase in revenue, profitability, client retention, team performance or business growth.
Any figures, examples or case studies shared are illustrations only and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Success depends on many factors, including implementation, consistency, business circumstances, team engagement and individual effort.
9. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, templates, downloads, assessments, calculators, worksheets, frameworks, graphics, documents, resources and materials remain the intellectual property of The YES Method™.
You may use them within your own salon business. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared outside your business, sold, modified for resale, published, licensed or used to train or coach other businesses without prior written permission.
10. Community Guidelines
The YES community is a professional space for salon owners. Please be respectful, keep other members’ information confidential and do not use the community to promote your own products or services without permission.
11. Suspension or Termination of Access
The YES Method™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund where a participant:
- Shares course content or login details
- Breaches intellectual property rights
- Uses course materials without permission
- Behaves abusively towards staff, community members or other participants
- Disrupts the learning environment or community experience
12. Limitation of Liability
The YES Method™ provides education, training, guidance, business development resources and implementation support only.
You remain solely responsible for your business decisions, actions, implementation and results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, revenue or business arising from your participation in the programme. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the programme or product.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in place at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
