THE YES METHOD™ – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Course Access

Upon purchase, participants will receive access to The YES Method™ training materials, resources, templates, downloads, assessments, calculators, and any bonuses included with their enrolment.

Access is granted to the purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or distributed to any third party.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of The YES Method™ and the immediate access provided to course materials, downloads, templates, resources, assessments, and intellectual property, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Please review the course information carefully before purchasing.

3. Results Support Promise

The Results Support Promise is a commitment to support implementation and is not a guarantee of financial results.

To qualify for additional support, participants must:

  • Complete all core training modules.

  • Implement the systems and processes taught.

  • Provide evidence of implementation if requested.

  • Participate in any scheduled support sessions where applicable.

Where a participant has actively implemented The YES Method™ but has not recovered their initial investment within 30 days, Maxine will personally review their implementation and provide additional guidance and support to help identify what is preventing progress.

The goal of The YES Method™ is not simply course completion, but successful implementation.

4. No Earnings Guarantee

Individual results will vary.

The YES Method™ does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, increase in revenue, profitability, client retention, team performance, or business growth.

Success depends on many factors, including implementation, consistency, business circumstances, team engagement, and individual effort.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, templates, downloads, assessments, calculators, worksheets, frameworks, graphics, documents, resources, and materials remain the intellectual property of The YES Method™.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, modified, published, licensed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

6. Course Access Termination

The YES Method™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund where a participant:

  • Shares course content or login details.

  • Breaches intellectual property rights.

  • Uses course materials without permission.

  • Behaves abusively towards staff, community members, or other participants.

  • Disrupts the learning environment or community experience.

7. Limitation of Liability

The YES Method™ provides education, training, guidance, business development resources, and implementation support only.

Participants remain solely responsible for their business decisions, actions, implementation, and results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The YES Method™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from participation in the programme.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and accessing The YES Method™, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
